What was done

• Show links on TPR errand service even if there is no content in the additional information field.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev-branch on KYMP.
  • git checkout dev && git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-12522
• Run code updates
  • make drush-locale-update drush-cr

How to test

•  Go to page and you should now see there "Lisätiedot ja linkit" accordion that has a link to "Vesihuoltolaki". This is not available on production. If the accordion is still not visible go to TPR integration listing and search for 4045 and 4285 IDs and update the errand services. Had this problem myself: I didn't have the links on my local when I started to fix this.
• Check that the code follows our standards.
• Check that the differences in visual regression tests are appropriate.
